  I came in to purchase a Kenmore dishwasher that can wash just the top or the bottom. The two sales reps knew absolutely nothing about it and did not make any effort to check the Sears website. It would have been an easy sale but they were not interested in taking the extra step to help me. I returned a few days later since I was in the area with a photo of the product sign my friend who happened to be at Oakridge mall texted me. It was on sale at the store and the website but not at the Sears Hometown store. The sales rep who now knows more about the product because someone else told him about it was more helpful this time. I showed him the photo that clearly showed the sales price. He matched the price and offered free delivery. I want to add that the day before delivery I called the store say that installation must be completed before 12:45 as I have to drop off my husband at a clinic. They accommodated my request and put me on top of the line. Because of that, I will raise my review from 3 to 4 stars.

  The guy there really knows his products. I got a 4 stroke straight shaft weed eater that uses a single piece of line which you replace when it gets used up. The new line takes about 10 seconds to install and due to its strength it last much longer then regular line that I have used. It was normally 199 I got it for 165 and it's totally worth it. No more mixing gas and oil. It starts by the third pull every time . I really enjoy shopping at the store they always have some great deals on tools which I like. A while back we needed a new washer and dryer and nobody could be beat the quality price and a great sears warranty. The name Craftsman just means products that will work and a name everybody can trust. Like my 46 year old canvas tent my parents passed down to me years ago and is still in excellent shape. I could go on but you probably already think I'm a plant. Nope. The real thing. Just a happy camper.
