  Very bad experience with trying to buy a new stove. We are on day 11 and still have NO stove even though it is sitting in the store less than 2 miles from our home. They took our money real quick though! No one follows through. People promise to call and they don't and it is always someone else's fault! Daughter and husband went in same day we did to buy a new fridge and dryer. They hit the same run around so they walked out and went to Home Depot. 3 days later they had a new fridge and dryer delivered and installed. So day 11 and nothing. Tomorrow we are going in to get money refunded and make that trip over to home depot. What has happened to you Lowes? Feel like we've wen jilted by an old friend.
