  Went to Le Creuset to exchange an item tonight. Treated so rudely by the on duty manager and in-front of my children. Even though the receipt states exchange with 45 days I was told the item could only be exchanged for $49.90 even though I had the original receipt & paid $124.25. Then to top it off the manager said to me (again in-front of my children), "You are rude and I know you think I am stupid." My kids, as well as myself, were horrified. I made sure I said to the on duty manager, " I never said you were stupid." However actions do speak for themselves and hers were speaking loudly. I did not have to say much. Never going back here again....just to get the right refund amount and then I am done with this place!!!!
