  LEAVE NOW WHILE YOU STILL HAVE MONEY! Spoke to a fellow man named FERNANDO. What makes a company good is not their product or their ability to perform a duty, it is their way of communicating with their customers in a polite fashion and to provide the best service they can. I wouldn't get angry at the post office for not being able to cook a great hamburger. Shouldn't a plumbing service provide PLUMBING? Worst experience ever. We gave them two chances to fix their errors and failed again the second time. Had a house in gilroy took 25 min and charged 200 dollars. The entire water pressure was normal but after they came to fix the water temp issue, they messed up the water pressure. It's like someone is peeing out of our shower. We called them, then they blamed us and said that it was our fault and we must have touched something. Real good customer service. They came yesterday, the water pressure is gone and now they are complaining and now accusing me that I touched something. That must be the way he operates business. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
