  Worst customer service ever. I opened a $3 sampler to get the $10 discount Coupon. However when I get to the cashier to purchase my $160 goods, they said they don’t carry the perfumeI that I opened the sampler for and they required me to pay the $3 where I cannot even use the coupon because they don’t carry the perfume. I told them then I do not want to get the perfume sample since I can’t use the coupon and I will just pay for the rest of my purchase. The representative insisted we had to pay the $3.00 for a coupon we can’t even use..! I refused so they Denied service to me..! I do not know what they were thinking by denying a profit of almost $166 for $3.00 sampler that has been being opened which means that they can’t resell it. So beside the bad customer service they cant even manage a store or do what will be best for them. In the end, they lost my purchase of almost $166 for a $3.00 stupid sampler ..!! This tell you that they do not care about their customer and they will kick you out of the store even for penny..!! I’ll never come here again, and I will make sure that every single one of my family, friends and co workers know so they could avoid such horrible customer experience.
